Description Job Purpose: Participates in the planning, development, maintenance and enhancement of SAP applications, in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Assets Accounting, Investment Management, Cash Management and Planning & Budgeting areas. Assesses the overall business objective with the process groups. Co-operates with the process owners and the IS/IT department members to provide a software solution to meet the business objective. Responsibilities: Provides business analysis and process redesign expertise in SAP Finance and Accounting modules within the organization. Explains the SAP functions and options within FI/CO, IM, FM modules. Customizes SAP functionality to satisfy the business requirements. Prepares business specifications for reporting. Formulates and defines application scope and objectives. Devises procedures to solve business problems Develops business relationships and integrates activities with other IT. Leads relevant sub-projects and coaches other project team. Fosters and maintains good relationships with process owners, key users and IT team members.
Qualifications Skills and Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of SAPs customizing toolset, including IMG (Implementation Management Guide). Proven experience in SAP configuration skills in FI/CO,IM,FM Module Proven experience in SAP functional skills in FI/CO,IM,FM Module Thorough business understanding of Cement manufacturing processes in a plant environment. Familiarity with SAP architecture. Good project management skills. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms. Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills. Ability to work well on cross functional project teams. Ability to work as a team leader and fosters team commitment. Conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies. Experience with software unit and integration testing.

Other Skills Bachelors degree in Commerce or Computer Science Minimum four years of experience in the SAP consultancy with at least two years in the financial area. (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidation - Product costing, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Material Ledger Costing)
