Description     -Participate in assessing training needs through attending TNA meetings -Search for a variety of information (e.g. courses’ outlines, materials, training providers, etc.) for the purpose of developing new programs that meet staff training needs -Coordinate &implement the annual training plan according to both departments’ training needs and individual needs within the annual training budget set for each year (in-house – out-house) -Evaluate the training programs and collect the attendees’ feedback -Prepare periodical reports about training activities and suggested training plans -Participate in updating &implementing the HR Orientation material -Provide overall assistance and research support to HR members -Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications    Bachelor’s degree in any field 3:5 years of related experience HR certificate is a plus
Gender    Male
Experience    3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills    Very good computer skills Ability to work under pressure, very good communication skills, very good presentation skills, problem solving, and attention to details
