HR Coordinator Jobs in Egypt Description Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources Department. Follow up implementation of Human Resources policies, programs, and procedures. Develop a pool of qualified candidates and update it periodically. Post opening positions in newspaper and other recruitment routs. Filter, screen new applicants CVs and Conduct pre-screening interviews. Review job descriptions on yearly basis. Follow up the implementation of the yearly training plan. Coordinate implementing the performance appraisal system with other departments. Maintain Employees personnel files according to labor law No. 12 for 2003 . Build HRIS using Human Resources Software Follow up the renewal of the employees contracts Maintain hard and electronic filing system for the human resources department. Participate effectively in all human resources departments meetings and follow up the minutes of meetings . Generate all Human Resources reports according to business needs . Perform any other duties as assigned.
HR Coordinator Jobs in Egypt Qualifications University graduate from a reputable university Have Human Resources diploma or certificate in Human Resources field Very good command of English and Arabic language Excellent in Microsoft office
