HR Coordinator  Jobs in Egypt Description     Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources Department. Follow up implementation of Human Resources policies, programs, and procedures. Develop a pool of qualified candidates and update it periodically. Post opening positions in newspaper and other recruitment routs. Filter, screen new applicants CVs and Conduct pre-screening interviews. Review job descriptions on yearly basis. Follow up the implementation of the yearly training plan. Coordinate implementing the performance appraisal system with other departments. Maintain Employees personnel files according to labor law No. 12 for 2003 . Build HRIS using Human Resources Software Follow up the renewal of the employees contracts Maintain hard and electronic filing system for the human resources department. Participate effectively in all human resources departments meetings and follow up the minutes of meetings . Generate all Human Resources reports according to business needs . Perform any other duties as assigned.
