Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist jobs in Egypt Description     The M&E Specialist will follow up and monitor the implementation of decentralization across all levels, will evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation process, the attainment of the planned outputs, anticipated outcomes, and expected impact on the local communities.The M&E Specialist will work with and report directly to the Head of LARU.
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist jobs in Egypt Qualifications    Interested applicants shall meet the following qualifications. • A university degree in business administration, public administration, management, social sciences or other related field; • Extensive experience in implementing Monitoring and Evaluation methodologies; • Minimum five years experience in research administration (preferably market research) and report writing; • Strong analytic skills including analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data; • Ability to participate in the design, implementation and management of complex organizational change processes; • Understanding of the Egyptian environment, for networking, data gathering and data analysis purposes; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Excellent organizational and time management skills required to meet deadlines; • Good supervisory and leadership skills •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to train / coach staff and deliver presentations;

Experience    6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills    •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and in working with data analysis packages.
