Location : Head Office
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcomes visitors and guides them.
Answering incoming phone calls and directs them.
Arranges and updates filing system.
Provides administrational support.
Receives all correspondences and distributes them.
Writes memos and taking minutes of meetings.
Helps in the preparations of the events and updates the upcoming calendar of meetings and events.
Education and Experience
High University degree.
3-5 years of experience in the field of administration.
Very Good Command of English .
Very Good computer skills i.e.: Microsoft Excel, Power Point , Word and Outlook.
Key Competencies
Very Good Administrative skills.
Verbal Communication & Phone Skills.
Very Good knowledge in filing system and minutes taking.
Ability to work under stress.
Time management Ability.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Problem solving.
Honesty and integrity.
