Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive cash and checks deposit from customers
Check accuracy of deposit slip
Identify customers, validate and cash checks
Process cash withdrawals
Receive and verify loan payments and utility bill payments
Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures
Balance currency, cash and checks in cash drawer at end of the day
Attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer's accounts
Initiate and open new accounts
Explain, advise on and promote bank products and services to customers
Education and Experience
Faculty of Commerce English Section
0-2 years of experience in the banking field
Knowledge of customer service principles
Good Command of English
Relevant computer skills
