Job requirements:
1-Experience 2-3 years in Oracle Ebs HRMS Application Implementation
2-Complete end to end 2-3 full implementation cycle in Oracle Ebs HRMS
3-Experience in collecting , analyzing & understanding HR business requirements
4-Experience in setting up and modifying HRMS modules according to business needs
5-Experience in writing payroll formula according to business needs
6-Experience in creating Notifications , Workflows , Alerts
7-Experience in creating customized reports by Oracle developer , XML publisher , Discoverer
8-Experience in creating customized forms
