Description Arranging for the staff weekly meetings, taking minutes of meetings and sending it to employees. Daily business admin activities. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Responsible for all work flow in and out of department Responsible for travel arrangements and hotel reservations Doing presentations as requested English to Arabic translation and vice versa Support staff in assigned project based work. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications BA. or BSc. in any discipline. 3-5 years of experience in the same field • Excellent Time Management Skills • Ability work under pressure • Good communication & presentation skills. • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy & confidentiality. • Highly organized personality • Excellent command of both Arabic & English languages. • Excellent computer skills.
