Description — Arranging for the staff weekly meetings, taking minutes of meetings and sending it to employees. — Daily business admin activities. — Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. — Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. — Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. — Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. — Responsible for all work flow in and out of department — Responsible for travel arrangements and hotel reservations — Doing presentations as requested — English to Arabic translation and vice versa — Support staff in assigned project based work. — Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications BA. or BSc. in any discipline. 3-5 years of experience in the same field • Excellent Time Management Skills • Ability work under pressure • Good communication & presentation skills. • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy & confidentiality. • Highly organized personality • Excellent command of both Arabic & English languages. • Excellent computer skills.
