Digital Media Specialist Jobs in Egypt Description Responsible for independently shooting, editing and publishing videos. Work closely with editorial teams to identify potential stories. Ensure all videos are uploaded online to appropriate channels. Understand and adapt to the demands of a deadline-based editorial team, be able to follow a brief and also establish how to get the best performances out of different presenters. Ability to edit to tight turnaround time. Coordinate the acquisition and utilization of videos created by students and other members of the AUC community.

Other Skills • Good experience with shooting videos according to pre-set storyboards or story lines. • Experience with and knowledge of video editing software (Final Cut Studio Pro, Adobe After Effects, iMovie and Adobe Creative Suite), media codecs, streaming technology, encoding software, and motion graphics. • Good journalistic writing skills. • Experience of working in studios and on location. • Strong online publishing skills (on Web site, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc…) and experience with social media. • Familiarity with video production principles and techniques.
