Training Jobs in Egypt Description Establish a training strategy for the whole school Develop a needs analysis and determine the administrative management and human resources manager specific training needs. Collect information and analyze existing vocational training to provide the annual budget. The training schedule shall consist of all the courses of the year Select the procedures or methods of training: Classroom training, group or individual: case studies, exercises, role plays, external seminars, computer-based training. Ensure that new employees have received management training, vision and mission. Set up meetings between the new employee and the Executive Director one month after the beginning of the school year and provide a summary table of these meetings. Develop plans for )succession) for important positions and provide the necessary training. Develop training manuals, reference library, evaluation procedures, educational materials and other visual aids, etc ... Organize all the formations BI (Registration, travel, hotels, pocket money, ...) Monitor progress employees in the months following the training. Advise employees to participate in certain programs. Record for each course. Ensure that all employees have completed at least one course during the year. Prepare a report for the Department of Human Resources after each training including: participants form training, assessments, graphics satisfaction
Qualifications EXPERIENCE • Experience in the field of human resources. TRAINING • University degree • Participation in training in the field of work is essential. SKILLS • Fluency in French, English and Arabic. • Control of technical organization and methods in the field of human resources management. • Know the jobs, and skills • Control of regulation in all its forms. • Good legal and administrative culture. • Good knowledge of the IT environment and the desktop tool. • Development Around a culture of social dialogue. • Knowledge of school: find directions and departments related to the post and the main speakers. • Knowledge of the environment of the school. • Organization and planning: follow organizational procedures, plan activities in the medium term priorities and manage risks.
