Description     Ensure physical and telephone reception, teachers, different departments of the school group, outside agencies and monitoring requests, comments or any complaints. — Manage and process information in writing (mail, email, etc ...) on arrival and departure, including the desktop. Save, sort and dispatch mail and notes and messages. — Maintain calendars and manage appointments, consistent:. Ensure the conduct of appointment and in case of cancellation, notify the persons concerned. — Greet, inform and guide visitors and staff. — Prepare letter writing and account records of meetings. — Type, format, edit documents (mail, reports, publications, presentation materials). — Ensure completion of a daily report on the important events of the day and follow-up. — Organize the logistics of meetings, seminars, conferences, traveling in Egypt or abroad, or any other occasions (birthdays, operations, thanks, invitations, wishes for the new year ...). — Gather information and documents for the creation of records. Arrange and organize these files. — Sort and file documents — Dissemination of internal and external information related to the department of administrative management. — Follow the administrative leadership in all meetings or appointments, whenever possible. Otherwise, take the feedback from the general direction after each meeting or appointment to be informed of everything that happens. — Ensure monitoring of all applications of the Administrative Director.
Qualifications    EXPERIENCE • Experience in the field of executive secretary. TRAINING • University degree:. • Participation in training is an asset. SKILLS • Fluency in French, English and Arabic. • Office and computer equipment: control word processor, table, Internet. • Written communication: writing and organize all types of current operational documents, mastering the rules of spelling and grammar. • Oral Communication: adapt its language, messages, type of public or speaker, speaking on behalf of the school. • Knowledge of school: find directions and departments related to the post and the main speakers. • Knowledge of the environment of the school. • Organization and planning: follow organizational procedures, plan activities in the medium term priorities and manage risks.
