Technical Support Engineer Jobs in Egypt Description - Provide technical support to Deraya computer users and solve any hardware, software,or network problems. -Ensure security system is up and running on all the computers. -Responsible for implementing the backup plan. -Install and configure new computers on the network. -Coordinate the call center system updates. -Monitor the network traffic and set websites access right rules. -Handle assigned IT tasks upon request. -Initiate an automated backup system on network hard disc for all computers and database. -Ensure Deraya system is up and running smoothly and that all reports are produced automatically. -Ensure that the system administrator solely owns the permission to install programs on computers and disable drives. -Manage the attendance system and generate monthly attendance reports. -Provide periodical performance reports.
Technical Support Engineer Jobs in Egypt Qualifications - Bachelor Degree. -1-2 years of experience in the -Excellent knowledge in : Windows operating system, and preferably in other operating systems. Network security. VPN and FTP implementation. Software and hardware troubleshooting and configuration. Hard worker, goal and results oriented attitude. Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
