Legal Contract Officer Jobs in Egypt Description —Understanding the details & requirements of a business deal and, forming an agreement. —Forming local purchasing contracts acceptable to both parties. —Forming import contracts acceptable to both parties. —Performing activities related to deal negotiations. —Ensuring the renewal of contracts. —When a contract needs to end, drafting contract termination letters & documents and, clearing all outstanding amounts before the end of agreement. —Maintaining good business relations with all customers and vendors. —Provide advice for drafting contracts for employees. —Ensure compliance with all rules & regulations for all the contracts made in the company. —Organizing all contracts properly and keeping their privacy. —Assisting company chairman for bidding.
Legal Contract Officer Jobs in Egypt Qualifications •A Bachelor’s law degree with 1 to 2 years work experience in national and international contracting. •Excellent command of English. •Strong knowledge regarding terms and conditions of a business contract. •Strong communication and negotiation skills. •Excellent watching and logical skills. •Excellent preparation and problem solving skills. •Must be able to maintain good relationship with all contract holders.
