Description     1.Receive and distribute the daily mail and vendors invoices. 2.Email correspondence to service providers. 3.Maintain and monitor the stock and distribution of stationary and office supplies. 4.Maintain filing of all documents. 5.Maintain Invoice bookkeeping and distribute them to concerned departments. 6.Arrange transportation booking when required. 7.Maintain and monitor all tasks related to food catering and cleaning. 8. Review resumes and evaluate applicants work history, education, training, and job-related skills for assigned positions. Conduct screening interviews with candidates 9. Monitor recruitment process to ensure jobs are filled in a timely manner 10.Updates the candidates database systems as required. 11. Develops recruitment system to achieve required staffing levels and builds recruitment materials for presentations, job fairs and open days
