Description     1. Monitors, follows up and manages all administrative matters. 2. Supervises and ensures the smooth operations of the Administrative services/ facilities. 3. Supervises that security measures are properly undertaken 4. Handles and approves car request forms 5. Reviews and approves payment requests from the firms drivers 6. Handles firms disposed assets selling process 7. Organizes and supervises the receiving, distribution and storage of stationary and office supplies. 8. Supervises the proper filing of all administrative services documents and files. 9. Prepares and submits periodic progress reports pertaining administration activities. 10. Supervises the Administrative staff work programs and ensures their proper execution. 11. Evaluates the performance of his direct reports and provides performance evaluation reports to the Head of Support.
Qualifications    Bachelor of Business Administration from a reputable University or equivalent.
