Description 1-Handling incoming phone Calls. 2-Responsible for office management. 3-Handel purchasing orders 4-Follow up with cleaning company and monitor their work to measure the quality of their work 5-Make sure that our company policies and rules are implemented 6-Responsible for the communication process with the maintenance Companies (computers, elevator, printers, etc..) 7-Welcoming the visitors and customer to reflect good vision for the company 8-Receive the incoming mails then distribute them to company employees and follow up the outgoing mails (purchasing orders, internal memos, delegations or any external correspondences). 9-Handel and organize the reservation process for (tickets, Hotels, training rooms, meeting rooms) 10-Help the employees in the required procedures of issuing travel visa. 11-Maintaining organized personnel files & handling contracts for new employees as well as termination processes. 12-Management of employees medical insurance coverage (Refund cases-Approval Request-Cancellation requests- doctor visit- etc) 13-Coordinate H.R activities (Attendance & Responsible for issuing Business Cards for the company employees.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree - High level of English and Arabic business writing -Excellent command in using Microsoft office (outlook- word-excel-power point).analytical and solving problems skills. Decision making skills.
Gender Female
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills 1-Advanced administrative skills 2-Good organizational skills 3-ability to work under pressure, calm and patient 4-Excellent communication skills 5–Excellent behavior and attitudes with all employees 6-Quick learner.
Compensations Basic salary, Social Insurance & Medical Insurance (Optional)
