- Experience : 2-3 years
- RESPONSIBILITIES and Main Activities:
• Collecting rates& internet searches
• Payments & follow up with clients
• Sending & receiving mails, filtrations, organizing & registrations for different services on the web
• Telephone answering and transferring
• Front office representing
• HRs Letters, payrolls follow up.
• Type correspondence, reports and other documents
• Maintain office files
• Open and distribute the mail
• Take minutes at meetings
• Maintain records of decisions
• Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies and procedures
• Review and edit reports to the Board
• Prepare documents and reports on the computer
• Schedule Board meetings
• Perform other related duties as required
