Description     —Create appropriate templates to prepare the budget by all concerned departments. —Comply with the approved policy of budgeting regarding deadlines & management of the budgeting process. —Receive budget estimates from all departments & critically examine for correctness, accuracy, completeness & conformance. —Study the previous budget & take into consideration the benefits and losses occurred during the previous financial years due to budget planning. —Suggest suitable amendments in the budget to the higher authorities and managerial staff of concerned department. —Consolidate the data for budget presentation and also provide an overview of the financial status of all the operations. —Render financial advice to the management officials of different operations, to undertake proper financial planning & decision making. —Analyze actual results to budgets and forecasts. —Evaluate the performance of all subsidiaries & divisions; identify risks & opportunities & make recommendations for improving the financial operations & financial position of the group. —Perform the budgetary control over all business activities & make recommendations to minimize variances & improve the internal processes. —Submit budget reports to the higher management for further scrutiny & approval in accordance with the approved policy. —Prepare detailed reports pertaining to discrepancies & amendments that occurred in the budget during the entire financial.
Qualifications    •Strong background in financial analysis, financial reporting and budgeting. •Knowledge of principles and processes related to business planning, analysis and budgeting.

Experience    6 - 9 Years.  
Other Skills    •Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields is required. •A CFA, CPA or advanced degree in finance would be a plus. •Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal. •Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. •Excellent computer skills, Oracle knowledge is a must. •Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
