Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze newsletter and website performance (open/click rates, conversion rate, average basket...)
- Develop CRM strategy and optimize customer targeting
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes
- Design technical implementation
Required Skills:
- Bachelors of Computer Science/ Information System
- HTML coding is a must
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player
- Business oriented
- Creativity / Ability to generate projects
- Photoshop knowledge is preferred
