Description     All the work of the Executive Secretariat Director of the company and facilitate direct and organize and take charge of all the work assigned to him in the context of that work The executive secretary is committed to report mentioned binding periodic reports regularly but without any default in its newsletters or delay in a timely manner,in addition to any other reports it may ask the direct manager/Direct coordination between the director and all departments of the company/Reporting to the Director direct and follow-up of various departments in the delivery of the reports in a timely manner/Attend meetings of the direct manager and taking the points of the meeting and forwarded to the persons concerned and follow up the implementation of the decisions that have been taken during the meeting and prepare for the scheduled periodic meetings/Sort, organize and take personal appointments daily direct manager/Reception and/Classification and resend the incoming and outgoing mail, receiving and directing bulletins and publications/To assist in other administrative tasks
