Description 1. Types letters, memos and reports for Operations Director from dictation and written work, plus composing these as required from general instruction for signature. Maintain confidential records and files. 2. Analyze reports and bring summarization to the attention of the Operations Director trends and variances from business objectives. 3. Maintain records on approved and pending ACTs. 4. Set up appointment schedules and keep appointment calendars in order. Handle telephone calls and mail. 5. Arrange trip itineraries, transportation, hotel accommodations and expense reporting. 6. Function as the intermediary between Operations Director and his staff as well as other company personnel, answering routine questions, setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, etc.
Qualifications Graduate with business training in shorthand, typing and filing. Mastery of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and ERP required. Some experience with Access and Orgpublisher is preferred. Minimum of five years business office experience is required. Ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of energy, organizational skills, sound judgement, initiative and creativity
