Description Ensure integrity of financial information expenses/revenues by verifying, consolidating & recording transactions. Charge expenses/revenues to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense report. Tracking/reconciling accruals, advances, prepaid & other GL accounts. Ensure that all entries have its adequate supported documents. General filing & control all accounts documents. Preparing Vendors transfers/checks with its withholding tax if any. Preparing of monthly bank reconciliation. Prepare monthly financial statements/reports Vs plan. Perform financial analysis/reports requested by the business. Prepare of year end Audit analysis/documentation.
Qualifications Should be a Commerce Graduate. Knowledge of accounts payable. Knowledge of general accounting procedures. Knowledge of relevant computer applications (possess excellent Excel knowledge). Proficient in data entry and management. 1-2 years accounts payable and general accounting. Communication skills- Ability to speak and understand English fluently/writer business mails. Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.
