Description — Effectively act on achieving monthly collection percentage for the current and due premiums. — Achieve collection monthly percentage through conducting outbound collection calls. — Handling clients payments through credit cards. — Entering and filling the receipts data to confirm that the payments are in their accounts. — Making calls to clients who are inconvenient with their payments method. — Take inbound calls relating to all aspects of premiums collection from customers. — Complete work allocation on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. — Receiving new clients receipts from the Sales support department — Computerized record keeping for each client account that records any operations done for or from the client account.
Qualifications • University Graduate • Fresh Graduate • Excellent written and spoken English • Dual keyboard skills • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office • Good communication skills • Ability to work under pressure • Accuracy and attention to details
