Description — Monitoring monthly attendance reports (includes deduction calculations) — Monitoring Vacation balance for all staff on a monthly bases — Preparing HR letters such as embassies letters, bank letters, etc. — Responsible for creating a monthly HR updates that is sent to all staff on a monthly basis which includes HR updates, current social events, and an entertainment section. — Organizing various company events such as the annual Ramadan event. — Managing training programs: assisting, creating training plans/calendars, scheduling training events, handling various vendors (like Logic and service providers), and training logistics. — Assisting in annual appraisal system including analysis and changing requests on the system Development Plans and Performance Feedbacks. — Responsible for updating HR databases such as phonebook, Alumni. — Assisting in recruitment tasks — Handling staff related qualifications paper work.
Qualifications *Relevant Business/HR degree. *0-2 years of relevant HR experience. *Perfect spoken and written English. *V. Good communication & presentation skills. *HR Diploma is an asset
