Description Monitoring monthly attendance reports (includes deduction calculations) Monitoring Vacation balance for all staff on a monthly bases Preparing HR letters such as embassies letters, bank letters, etc. Responsible for creating a monthly HR updates that is sent to all staff on a monthly basis which includes HR updates, current social events, and an entertainment section. Organizing various company events such as the annual Ramadan event. Managing training programs: assisting, creating training plans/calendars, scheduling training events, handling various vendors (like Logic and service providers), and training logistics. Assisting in annual appraisal system including analysis and changing requests on the system Development Plans and Performance Feedbacks. Responsible for updating HR databases such as phonebook, Alumni. Assisting in recruitment tasks Handling staff related qualifications paper work.
Qualifications *Relevant Business/HR degree. *0-2 years of relevant HR experience. *Perfect spoken and written English. *V. Good communication & presentation skills. *HR Diploma is an asset
