Description Receiving/issuing and revising all new membership documents presented by the Business Development Department and Independent Associates Ensuring all in-coming & out-going membership documents are correct Preparing & dispatching weekly pouch to principal Receiving & reviewing weekly pouch from principal Receiving/Issuing, revising and dispatching monthly invoices and renewal documents Prompt follow up with member & principal Collection of subscription Inserting all info on Medmark Health & Life PC Maintaining records of all mail, email and fax correspondence Maintaining an up-to-date filing system Receiving and acting upon all members correspondence and requests Answering any queries from members & principal Receiving and guiding office visitors Solving all problems related to membership Coordinating with BD Department and Independent Associates on membership issues Handling specific tasks assigned by the management in relation to the business
Qualifications Bachelor of Business Administration or a related field. Very good track record with Microsoft office Excellent command of English language. Excellent communication skills. Flexible & Active People oriented Team player Sociable & presentable Team player Must own a car
