Description The Human Resource Specialist is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, employee services, training and development, performance monitoring and Compensation & Benefits. Recruitment Functions which Include (Collect annual recruitment requirements, Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, Screen received resumes to select qualified candidates, Interviewing skills). Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place. Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions. Responsible for design, implementation and follow up of succession planning and career path projects. Analysis business metrics and talent data to identify group level development needs. Identify training and development opportunities. Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities. Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures. Provide basic counseling to staff that have performance related obstacles. Ensure all personal formalities are in line with social & medical Insurance & the labor laws, regulations & procedures safe guard of employees and company rights. Responsible of employee files and create a filing system. Register all monthly personnel transaction as (paid vacations, sick leaves, overtime, missions, etc.). Review wage computation and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Qualifications •B.Sc. of Engineering or Business administration or similar form reputable university. •Preferred post graduate degree in HR Management. •1-3 years’ experience.

Other Skills •Experience in innovation and implementing policies & procedure. •Knowledge of using MS Office (Word – Excel – Outlook- Access - SAP). •High communication skills. •Hard Worker. •The ability to work under pressure •Planning and organizing and time management skills.
