1- Quality Planning, assurance and control of the IT projects (E-detailing, ETMS enhancements, Business intelligence, Reports generation)
2- Helpdesk for field force
3- Training new Medical Representatives on the tools provided and any other training needed for new implementation
4- Administrating the ETMS Application
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in IT operations for at least one year.
Some information about customer service and computer skills
Bachelor of Science (Preferably Computer related)
Meet deadlines through thoughtful planning and effective time management.
Good knowledge in computers and electronics (installation, administration and troubleshooting),
Self-motivated and has the ability to work unsupervised.
Good user for Excel, access and word (MS office in general)
Ability to implement projects according to the project plans and standards.
Pay great attentions to the quality of deliverables and details
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with management and users at all levels.
