Description     —Assist in payroll process including (overtime calculation , Tax , Social insurance deduction , sick leaves , vacations , loans , penalties ) any other deduction & Inductions —Asst. in prepare the payroll monthly reports —Managing pay slip distribution for all staff . —Answer employees inquires regarding deduction salaries —Handel all administration work related to Compensation & benefits department.
Qualifications    •Bachelor Degree in commerce •1-2 Year previous experience in payroll and Compensation & benefits at multinational company .

Education major     Accounting/ English
Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    •Excellent computer skills (MS office ) •Organized & accurate . •Administrative skills . •Ability to work under purser •Details oriented & ability to multi-task.
