Job Description

Location: 6th of October City, Industrial Zone
Working Hours: 8:00-5:00
Weekend: Friday and Saturday
Reporting to: HR Manager

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate between the company and all governmental bodies (Social Insurance Authority, the Health Insurance Authority, and the Labor Office, the Ministry of Manpower, traffic units and medical insurance.)

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES

1. Performs data entry for payroll, taxation, and other deductions for each employee.
2. Computes salaries, taxes, social insurance and other withholdings.
3. Prepares new employee files and maintains files for current employees.
4. Prepares contracts for employees and revises them according to employment laws and company needs.
5. Ensures social insurance forms are properly filled and completed by employees and attaches all necessary documents required by the government.
6. Ensures necessary bank forms are filled for the completion of employee direct deposit, and oversees the opening procedures for new employee accounts.
7. Performs necessary clerical administration and reporting for employee medical benefit coverage.
8. Works with social insurance and labor office inspectors upon visits.
9. Keeps up to date and implements employment laws in regards to social insurance, taxation, and payroll.
10. Prepares reports for the GM Office and HR in Indevco.
11. Responsible for calculation and data entry of annual and sick leaves for employees.
12. Responsible for all related issues concerning the medical and life insurance from issuing, canceling, sending faxes, and receiving approvals for operations, etc.
13. Prepares various HR management reports and analysis in areas of responsibility.
14. Assists in the transportation department
15. Assists in the service department and executes all the administrative demands on the IMS system
16. Assists the Clinic
17. Prepares monthly reports for the Medical Life Insurance
18. Performs other related duties as assigned by the HR Department Head.

Within the Department: HR Coordinator, SERVICES LEAD OFFICER, GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVE, TRANSPORTATION TEAM LEADER, & NURSE

Other Departments: Plant, CSD, Finance, Sales, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality Control.

External Parties: Governmental Bodies
Skills

• BA in Law or Commerce
• 3 to 5 years of experience in dealing with government entities
• Experienced and well commuted with labor law policies & procedures
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English, and Arabic
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Attention to details
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Presentation skills and tactfulness
• Good listening skills
• Able to travel
• Able to train others
• Preferably possess a driving license
