Description —Comply with the planning and progress monitoring procedures. —Monitor project progress and advise action to meet the schedule, if delayed. —Liaise with project engineering personnel to assist proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and drivers. —Knowledge the contract key dates, milestones and plan dates and how they relate to the overall project schedule. —Prepare & monitor Cash Flow Reports for management —Preparing Manpower & Equipment Plan throughout different phases of each project to ensure proper cost calculation —Support the delivery and maintenance of consistent and realistic plans and control structures for the project during both tendering and execution stages. —Understand and monitor the interfaces between assigned project sub-elements and other sub-elements to guarantee smooth operations —Conduct the schedule monthly progress update for the purpose of distributing information to all concerned departments
Qualifications •Bachelors degree in Engineering •3-5 years of similar experience •PMP Certification is preferred

Other Skills •Ability to use the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Primavera, MS Project •Rivit experience is preferred Physical Effort & Environment: •Frequent use of hands required •May require to be in a prolonged seated position •May work under heat, noise, and dust
