Role and Responsibilities
Spotting New Sales Potentials and retail distribution channel expansion.
Follow up on retail operatons and ensure proper merchandizing and find new ways to improve retail presence.
Fulfillment of retail orders and needs.
Targeting of educational institutions and presenting the added value that Weladna can have on their educational system.
Key customer interface and primary contact with Weladna’s customers
Website order fulfillment.
Management of back-office logistics to exceed delivery promises and customer service levels.
Qualifications and skills
Excellent use of Microsoft Office Excel and Powerpoint.
Good understanding of the business cycle and logistics
Highly proficient written and spoken Arabic and English is mandatory
Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills (good presentation and public speaking skills).
Customer oriented attitude.
High persistence and follow up to successfully complete sales calls and tasks.
Background in courier operations/customer service preferred but not required.
Ability to anticipate needs on behalf of the customer.
Ability to create and work with cross-functional and/or distributed “virtual” teams.
Background in the retail services industry preferred
Self-motivated, independent, creative, energetic, assertive approach.
