Description 1.Receiving the incoming (copies) & internal mail for Department Manager & employees. 2.Registering all incoming and outgoing mail of department. 3.Registering all department documents (books, catalogues, brochures, magazines, etc.) 4.Drafting, typing & printing correspondences (Faxes, Letters, Memorandums, Reports, Forms, Tables, Sheets, Contracts, Agreements & Presentations, .. etc.) for Department Manager & employees. 5.Sending correspondences by Fax, E-mail, Mail & Courier. 6.Keeping proper department files system by maintaining, updating it & filing the department documents copies in proper department files. 7.Generating & follow up on relevant department reports, statistics and forms. 8.Making the necessary translation if any. 9.Making all the necessary arrangement for department schedule (meetings agenda, minutes, appointments, conferences, seminars and exhibitions). 10.Making hotel reservations, flight bookings & traveling arrangements for all department employees. 11. Handling department stationery merchandise, department office equipments and having an inventory records. 12. Responsible for department office machines maintenance (Computers, Printers, Scanners, Faxes, Copier, Telephones, etc.). 13.Responsible for searching, choosing & collecting from Newspapers what is related to companys departments activities. 14.Liaison between department employees and Finance & Admin. Dept. for accounting documents (purchase orders, invoices, etc.)
Qualifications 2-3 relevant experience
