Description Locates, interviews, and provides qualified candidates for open positions on a timely and proactive basis. Assists in terminations pursuant to company policies and ensuring legal compliance. Assists in development and implementation of programs to ensure retention of hired employees. Design and implement new employee orientation program. Maintains the Human Resource master file including employee data, pay rates, hours, etc. Assists in the selection of employee benefit programs and performs as the liaison between employee benefit providers and the employees. Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, and assists in conducting required investigations, and maintains appropriate documentation. Maintains job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Conduct yearly plan training and help implementing it. Provides suggestions for and participates in employee evaluations.
Qualifications Human resource generalist experience in Search and hiring, Termination, Benefit administration, Employment law and regulation, employee compensation programs, minority interaction, performance evaluation, ability to work independently
