Description —Responsible for workshop working capacity and parts turn over . —Establish the customers needs after receiving and welcoming him. —Provide labor cost estimates, if necessary in conjunction with diagnosis section —Convey requirements clearly to the workshop by preparing work order based on FRU Manual. —Explain repairs to the customer & ensure that he understands the charges. —Complete invoice summary & hand over a copy with the invoices to the accounting department daily. —Promote customer satisfaction & Handle customer complaints within the bounds of his authority. —Diagnose customer vehicle & advise him on necessary repairs (receiving the car). —Handle warranty policy within the authority given. —Complete repair order & obtain customer approval & signature.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering – Automotive major. •3 years of experience in the same position. •Fluent English language. •Excellent computer skills. •Excellent communication skills. •Proficient in computer applications.
