Description     1-Support Line Managers & departmental learning leaders in managing the learning and development process 2-Identify areas of skill development in liaison with performance management unit, and recommend areas of improvement to facilitate successful achievement of performance objectives 3-Assist in preparing high quality materials for training learning programs & ensure materials are upgraded on a regular basis using the most up to date technology 4-Assist in preparing high quality materials for training learning programs & ensure materials are upgraded on a regular basis using the most up to date technology 5-Prepare HRIS statements and periodic reports of CLD activity timely and accurately to meet Abudawood and department requirements, policies and standards.
