Description 1.Making TNA )training need analysis) for employees 2.Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures. 3.Monitoring and evaluation for other trainers. 4.Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. 5.Developing an end-to-end training road map and training calendar, as per company needs, in association with department Supervisor , to deliver appropriate and effective training. 6.Design the training courses and prepare materials that cater to the various training needs. 7.Handling, Gathering and recording staff appraisal from the different stores and departments to get feedback on training needs for each employee.
Qualifications Human Resources certified is a must + Train of the trainer.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
