Description - Support plant to achieve the targets of safety, people, quality, responsiveness, cost, and environment. - Apply and implement GMS principles in all manufacturing processes / new project. - Analyzes product designs for best method of manufacture. - Proposes and evaluates processes for equipment in bodyshop - Directs the design, development, and/or improvement of manufacturing processes - Provides technical support about plant equipment operations - Regular contact with others outside the work group - Track and resolve quality issues and develop corrective action plans. - Follow-up/audit the assembly process. - Follow-up the Process, Design, Construction, Integration, and Installation of new projects / assignments in the body shop. - Establish a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and or project - Analyzes process materials or product designs for the best methods of manufacture - Specifies tools, equipment and process to produce a part or assembly or evaluate processes in assigned areas - Assists in the design and building of tools and equipment or recommends improvements to existing processes - Assists in developing new tools, equipment, and or processes - Frequent contact with others outside the work group
Qualifications - Major in mechanical engineering or mechatronics engineering. - 2-3 years of experience. - AutoCad knowledge is a must. - Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex required - Oral and written communication skills - Medium level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others - Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with business partners to meet mutual goals required - Understanding of manufacturing and tooling processes required
