Description     — Establish a customer service center. — Understand the companys numerous business lines and financial products. — Collaborate with various departments to develop strategic initiatives to initiate and improve customer service quality. — Monitor client calls and inquiries, complaints and suggestions and general company info. — Develop appraisal system for customer service staff.
Qualifications    • Minimum three years of related experience financial sector call center. • Proven track record of successfully delivering exceptional customer service and achieving goals. • Excellent knowledge of financial services products and constantly monitoring services offered by peers. • Team leadership and effective guidance and management of staff through tight deadlines and pressure. • University Degree • Fluent in English and Arabic.
