Description —Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for both Institutional and Retail Clients. —Set sales targets for account officers. —Identifying sales leads and prospects and motivating sales staff to attract new clients. —Maintain optimum customer service levels across sales team. —Responsible for overall image and public relations. —Achieve overall profit goals by collaborating with numerous departments, including customer service, IT and operations to achieve company sales goals. —Responsible for performance reviews of sales team.
Qualifications •Minimum three years of experience in a senior leadership role within a financial institution. •Proven track record of initiating account opening, leading teams, developing strategic plans and ensuring their implementation. •A large network of contacts within the MENA region. •Ability to manage complex situations and a large number of employees. •Leadership, motivation, guidance and communication skills. •University degree •Fluent in English and Arabic.
