Description     —Handle and follow up customers complaints —Perform Customer satisfaction surveys regarding products & services offered by Link Misr. —Measure customer satisfaction & statically analyze customer complaints data and survey results. —Record the details of customer complaints through related forms. —Submit periodic reports for common customer complaints. —Issue, Modify, Control, Code, and Keep company documents & records. —Ensure the implementation and compliance of the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001.
Qualifications    Education: bachelor degree. Experience: 0-2 (C.S is preferable) English required: Good Technical skills: M.s office Competencies required: - Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and time management. Working condition: - Administrative tasks in the office. K.P.I: complete customers survey on month in delay.
