Description Handling all the contracts concerning Public Business Department (New, Renew, Amendments and Cancellations) Handling contracts with clients to be signed and stamped (Externally and Internally) .Interface with the client to confirm on contract items (Service, cost, Terms of payment and authorized person name to sign the contract --Etc.) Interface with the client to solve problems related to finance and involve Account manager if needed Handle transport ticket to send contracts, bring signed and stamped contracts from client side and bring original documents from client side Updating Tracer TM system with new sales (Domain, Mails and Hosting) Updating Tracer system with new sales (Data, Internet) Updating CRM with new contracts details for all accounts. Handling all department filling per sector Check on tenders and send tenders related to our scope to dedicated Account Manager
Qualifications Education (Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field, Telephone Skills & Etiquette, business writing, Communication Skills, E-mail etiquette, Time Management) •Experience (min. 0 to 1 year of experience in the same or any related field) •Skills (Very good spoken & written English & Arabic, MS office, Active Listening, Reading Comprehension, Speaking, Service Orientation, Time Management, Social Perceptiveness, Monitoring, & Active Learning
