Job Title
Finance Executive

Job Description
Ensure integrity of financial information expenses/revenues by verifying, consolidating & recording transactions
Charge expenses/revenues to accounts and cost centers by analysing invoice/expense report
Tracking/reconciling accruals, advances, prepaid & other GL accounts
Ensure that all entries have their adequate supported documents
General filing & control all accounts documents
Preparing Vendors transfers/checks with its withholding tax if any
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly financial statements/reports vs. plan
Perform financial analysis/reports requested by the business
Preparation of year end Audit analysis/documentation


Skills Required
In-depth knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
Knowledge of relevant computer applications (possess excellent Excel knowledge)
Proficiency in data entry and management
1-2 years accounts payable and general accounting experience
Communication skills- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Ability to understand and interpret numeric data
