Description     —Follow up with the attendance of the employees and workers. —Enter all leaves data on system and maintain record. —Maintain the personnel filing system. —Maintain Department Filing system and adequate archiving. —Administration Related Tasks —Assist in contacting the candidates and organize their interviewing appointments. —Coordinate with the Medical Provider company employees medical requests and reimbursement. —Assisting in preparing Job Descriptions —Assist and coordinate in the execution of the company training plan.
Qualifications    •Excellent written and spoken English. •Computer literacy is essential. •Very Good communications and interpersonal skills.
