Description     - Maintaining up-to-date CEO agenda and management of calendars. - Arranging travel and accommodation. - Mail - organize, screen, respond or field to appropriate person/department. - All Secretarial and office management tasks. - Take minutes of meeting, put the taken decision in an action plan then send it to the relevant attendees. - Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment. - Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
Qualifications    - University degree Business or commerce. - Well Organized have the ability to create filing system is a must - Creativity in managing administration works. - Excellent communication skills - very good computer skills

Salary (L.E.)    4600 - 6000
Comments    Working hours is from 09:00 am till 05:00 pm  Working days is from Saturday till Thuresday  Weekends is Friday Only  Company Located in 5th District , No Transportation provided
