Description Leads, coaches & develops performance of a team of developers, in order to provide technical support & tools to be used by different functions that supports the Scandinavian affiliation marketing industry , including but not limited to tracking systems, widgets, campaign management systems, web services, online surveys & social media. Creates & develops database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing, allowing users to easily input and promptly retrieve accurate information. Overseas & performs adequate quality testing in a timely manner in order to ensure bugs detection & debugging. Utilizes Dot net expertise along with agile software development framework ) mainly scrum), in order to design, implement & upgrade solutions. Liaise with Danish office team to ensure maintaining & further development of the existing platform / code base, along with the direct provision of required level of organization, planning & quality control.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree from a reputable university / institute. Preferably Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration. Post graduate studies / degrees are considered as asset. Knowledge & / or Experience in the field of affiliation marketing is valued as an asset. (5-8) years of working experience in a similar or related field. Technical / IT Skills: Excellent command of ASP.Net, Microsoft visual studio 2010 / 2012, C# programming & HTML web technology. Very good knowledge & experience with database SQL server, C++ programming language, XML & XSLT & AJAX web technologies. Good knowledge of Microsoft InfoPath forms. Fair knowledge / Familiarity with mySQL & Oracle databases, in addition to Java programming language.

Excellent communication & analytical skills with a friendly customer oriented manner. Ability & flexibility to travel outside Egypt, when required by business needs.
