Description 1. Prepare proposals for customers within deadlines. 2. Respond to technical questions timely and accurately. 3. Be familiar with all products and services. 4. Develop intimacy with key account customers listed above. 5. Close the loop communication with, and other sales offices. 6. Co-ordinate & communicate the sales engineers in the department. 7. Support Field Sales Engineers and representatives in all aspects of business with the objective of increasing sales and improving customer service. 8. Be proactive in querying (SP) customers on all quotations and proposals submitted. Follow up and follow through. Be proactive in solving problems, being customer service oriented, and dedicated to detail and getting things done correctly 9. Team work capabilities & to work independently & solve technical problems. 10. Support Sales Managers, and representatives in all aspects of business with the objective of increasing sales and improving customer service
Qualifications Experience: one year engineered pumps experience
Gender Any
Education major Mechanical Engineering
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Education: BS in Engineering - Mechanical Engineer -Helwan, Ein Shams & Cairo University Excellent command of computer skills. Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Team player. Highly organized; Good communications skills; Takes initiative; Results oriented; Negotiations skills; Knowledge of commercial terms & conditions Ability to prepare pumps proposals to customers.
