Description Create and maintain work instructions, work flow and any other user documentation needed. Develop and review the Terms of References of both announced vacancies and current held positions at LARU. Perform technical reviews of all documents produced by LARU as required. Develop and standardize a document control system fulfilling all elements of document control that facilitate simple and easy to access archiving. Participate in the capitalization of previous work experiences of LARU or those in which LARU was actively participating or other practices related to the LARU mandate as required. Develop and write procedural documentation primarily Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), forms, flow diagrams and any related technical and administrative documentation concerned with work methods, procedures & operations as required. Participate in analyzing different organizational structures. Participate in monitoring and standardizing processes flow compliance and report status updates on weekly and monthly basis as required. Write business proposals, complete project plans and deliver presentations when needed. Other job-title related assignments.
Qualifications • Academic qualifications at the Undergraduate level in Business Administration or other related fields; • A minimum of 3 – 5 years (after the 1st graduate degree) of relevant practical work experience in areas of administrative services, program coordination and managing office resources; • Proficient use of computer operating systems and MS office software package; • Excellent organizational and coordination skills. • Deadline oriented and punctuality in meeting deliverable deadlines; • Developed problem solving skills; • Good interpersonal and communication skills; • Excellent drafting skills for routine correspondence, minutes and documentation • Ability to develop reports according to standards of the international partners;
