Description     — Develop performance measurement framework (PMF). — Identify Project Key Performance Indicators (KPI). — Plan & Monitor all procurement activities for all projects sub components. — Develop and monitor the Project Plan. — Prepare and revise activity budgets as required. — Provide cash flows projections to Financial Manager monthly. — Develop monthly, quarter and yearly reports for implementations deviations and suggest recovery plans. — Review local Egyptian consultants written reports and ensure they meet project specifications.
Qualifications    Master’s degree with 7 years’ experience or bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences or related field. • At least 5 years experience at the national and international level in monitoring and evaluation, including hands-on experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects and establishing relationships among partners; • Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling of web based management systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. • Previous work with donor-funded projects would be an advantage. • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
