Keeping & maintaining files & records. Answering phone calls. Assist in arranging meetings. Assisting customers/ visitors. Assist in other administrative tasks as requested.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in any discipline. Fluency in the English Language. Presentable, good communication skills. Very good computer skills (especially on typing).Ability to handle different tasks at a time and stand work pressure. Ability to work in a team based-environment.
