Description      Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures.  Taking phone calls and performing general everyday tasks necessary for the efficient running of the business  Maintain and distribute a variety of complex records, lists, and files, type a variety of items including letters, reports, and other materials  Prepare and send monthly reports to the Warehouse, Finance and Customer Support departments in Cairo Headquarter and Alexandria office  Responsible for handling the petty cash of Alex office  Responsible for controlling Alexandria office warehouse  Handle staff expenses and per diem  Prepares letters and documents  Act as a backup for the Technical call dispatcher in receiving calls and opening service tickets on the system  Liaising with other administrative teams
Qualifications     Bachelor degree  At least 2 year years experience in administration and office management  Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and presenting information  Professional business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes, and reports  Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines  Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills  Excellent command of English language  Excellent command of MS- office  Ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential information a must
